This person will primarily support the Director of Family Services, and includes but is not limited to program coordination, reporting, scheduling, and general office duties. Additionally, this position will support the Executive Director and the rest of the leadership team (4 individuals) as needed. Administrative Assistant

• Perform administrative and office support activities for a five person executive team. Duties may include assisting with meeting schedules and phone inquiries, receiving and directing appointments, creating spreadsheets and presentations, data tracking, staff reporting coordination, and program report coordination.
• General office duties may include managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements, organize and schedule appointments.
• Assist in the preparing of regularly scheduled reports.
• Process housing referrals by reviewing paperwork for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of Day Center and Advocate staff.
• Act as the point of contact for outside organizations, partners, and visitors.
• Additional duties as needed to support agency (i.e.: Fundraising events, client basic needs support, donor engagement).
• Work is performed in an office environment.
• Lifting of materials of up to 20 pounds may be necessary.

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in an administrative support position required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in non-profit or faith-based organization preferred (board membership, employment, volunteering, or community engagement).
• Requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, vendors and other community partners.
• Sensitivity to confidential matters and ability to maintain confidentiality of all materials.
• Extensive software skills, internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and task prioritization ability along with extensive problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no degradation in quality.
